Customer Service – When YOU need it!

If something goes wrong with your payment processing equipment, you can’t wait days for help. When you have a question about your services, or need instructions on a specific process, you want answers quickly.


But what if this happens at 9 pm on a Saturday night?
Or Thanksgiving day?
What do you do?

 


The urgency to get your crucial equipment fixed, or the necessity to have your question answered doesn’t change just because it’s after traditional office hours, on a weekend or even a holiday. We understand that. And we have an around-the-clock customer service center available to serve you in your time of need.


Some providers may promise customer service, but when you call, the “voice” on the other end of the call is an automated system or an answering machine. Or you learn the call center is outsourced to a third-party provider. Suddenly, that enticement of free equipment might give way to the thought “You get what you pay for.”


The issue of customer service and support is one that we take seriously at CPP. After a merchant signs with us, we feel they deserve the very best after-the-sale care and attention.


Five days after the sale, an associate from our Retention department will call new merchants, just to make sure they are satisfied with their products and/or services. They will also go over the basics of the contract. Someone from the department will call the new merchant again around 30 days after the sale, this time to go over the first statement and answer any questions that might have come up.


When you need assistance or have questions, we’re here to provide support…all day, every day. We have our own in-house customer service call center located in Fort Worth, Texas, less than an hour from our headquarters in Carrollton. Our customer service center is multi-lingual, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Even holidays! They are there to answer your questions or help solve any problems.
