Pre-Set Appointments

Our state-of-the-art calling equipment and call center staff make sure you have daily pre-set sales appointments. Our Validation Department verifies each appointment for accuracy, and our auto-messaging system calls to remind the merchant of the upcoming appointment

Training and Communication

A 4-day on-the-job training program prepares our Merchant Sales Consultants (MSCs) for their responsibilities. In addition, we offer ongoing communication and training using Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

Attention and Support

Each MSC is partnered with an experienced Sales Team Leaders, which allows for dedicated, one-on-one support, encouragement, feedback and individual coaching.

About the Position

Our Merchant Sales Consultants (MSC) use pre-set or (optional) self-generated appointments to visit business owners in their local area and present our products and services.

Appointments are Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. MSCs are required to keep the pre-set appointments, follow the guidelines set in our proven sales model and use our established sales presentation

The goal is to help merchants save money, increase revenue and give their customers the most popular payment options.

MSCs work in conjunction with an assigned Team Leader, who provides ongoing training, motivation, coaching, encouragement, feedback and support.
