- Our state-of-the-art calling equipment and call center staff make sure you have 3-4 daily pre-set sales leads in your area. Our Validation Department verifies each appointment for accuracy, and our auto-messaging system calls to remind the merchant of the upcoming visit.

Training and Communication

- A four-day on-the-job training program prepares our Merchant Sales Consultants (MSCs) on our proven Sales Model and their responsibilities as representatives of CPP. In addition, we offer ongoing communication and training, including a monthly newsletter, email blasts as well as posts on our CPP blog, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
