Tony Norrie
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Tony Norrie has been with Certified Payment Processing for nearly four years. Prior to coming to CPP, he spent ten years with Elliot Management Group (EMG), another merchant services provider. He started his career with EMG as a field sales agent, and was one of the first agents hired for the company. From there, he helped build the organization’s original sales structure and staff. He also served for five years as a firefighter in the Air Force.

Mike Hutchison
Senior Vice President of Sales
Mike “Hutch” Hutchison has a substantial background that includes 20-plus years of successful sales and sales management. He began his career with Associates First Capital Corporation and also held positions with Citigroup and Dealer Track, where he served as National Sales Manager. Most recently he was District Sales and Marketing Manager for Insperity, a Texas-based business providing strategic human capital strategies for small to medium sized businesses. He earned his BBA in Finance at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Hutch has been with Certified Payment Processing since 2011.

Pranay Shah
Vice President of Operations
Pranay Shah brings a unique and highly valuable combination of business insight, including analytical and operational leadership ability, combined with over 18 years of experience in diversified financial industry. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Certified Payment Processing, including strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, meet production goals and maintain efficiency throughout the company. Several departments directly report to him, including Recruiting Center, Marketing Call Center, Training and Quality Assurance plus Applications Processing. Prior to joining CPP in July 2012, Pranay held similar roles with Vantiv and Capital One where he lead all aspects of Contact Center Operations from Inbound/Outbound Servicing, Collections, BPO, Work Force Analysis as well as Training and Quality.

Casey Love
Director of Sales
Casey Love started with Certified Payment Processing in 2007 as a Sales Manager, and because of his outstanding performance was promoted to National Sales Manager in June of 2008. In March of 2012 he was promoted again, to Director of Sales. Casey works closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales to develop and implement plans to meet our sales goals. He oversees our National Sales Managers on the efficient operations of our sales department, monitoring performance standards and production. Casey has a BBA from Texas Tech.

Jeremy White
Manager of Operations and Financial Analysis
Jeremy came to Certified Payment Processing in 2010 with significant experience in the credit card processing industry, including three years as a credit analyst with First American Payment Systems (FAPS), the parent company of CPP. He was also previously employed with Chase Paymentech as a senior portfolio analyst. In his duties with CPP, Jeremy monitors and recommends upgrades to internal processes and key metrics in order to optimize and improve operational efficiencies. He oversees the sales operational support functions and compensation for the organization. Jeremy is a graduate of Sam Houston University, with a degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Leodan Farias
Director of Telemarketing Center
As Director of the Certified Payment Processing Telemarketing Call Center, Leo Farias oversees 175 people. He is responsible for improving efficiencies in the processes of the call center, performance management, goal setting and budgeting. Leo works with Human Resources in the hiring of new staff, and coordinates with the Training and Development Department to develop better ways to train and retain new employees. Leo has been with CPP for six years.
