Certified Payment Processing Breaks Fundraising Goal for Heart Association

Dallas, Texas (September 20, 2011) For the past four years, Certified Payment Processing (CPP) has participated in “Comfy Clothes Campaign,” an annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association. The company, along with the three sales divisions, TransTech Merchant Group, ISIS Direct and Summit Merchant Solutions, usually sets aside the month of August for the fundraiser; this year, it was extended to include July as well. Those who participated were allowed to wear casual clothing not normally in the dress code policy, including shorts, t-shirts and sandals.

“We raised more than $24,000 this year,” say Kirk Mann, General Manager of CPP. “That’s more than we raised in the prior three years combined. And this year, nearly three-quarters of our entire staff participated.”

Certified Payment Processing, a leading provider of electronic payment equipment for purchases made by debit and credit cards, has more than 300 employees in Carrollton, Texas, as well as hundreds of sales associates in the field throughout the country.

“Employees donated fifty dollars for each month they participate, and were allowed to dress casually every day,” say Mann. “Helping such a great cause is important to us. And with the record heat we saw this summer, our staff really appreciated the opportunity to be cool and comfortable.”
